The Sattvic diet/vegetarian

  1. The Sattvic diet/vegetarian is usually plant and dairy-based and includes vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs, spices, grains, nuts, seeds, etc.

  2. Eat green vegetables, peas, beans, lentils, spices, herbs, seasonings, seeds, and nuts are alkaline.

  3. Drink Lemon Water with a 7pH or higher. The human body has more than 70% water. So, consuming alkaline water will have a significant impact on the rate alkalinity can be achieved.

  4. Eat Alkaline Grains, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Chia seeds. These grains will add richness to meals and maintains alkalinity.

  5. Organic apple cider vinegar is an excellent purifying agent and cleanses the entire digestive system. It also cleanses the blood in the oxidation process among many other health benefits.

  6. Coconut has a medium-chain triglyceride that has therapeutic effects on the brain and has been proven based on unknown source data to help in Alzheimer’s. The fatty acids found in coconut increase blood levels of ketone bodies and supply energy to brain cells.

  7. Always take fresh, organic fruit and organic vegetables. Say no to white and take whole grains and nuts.

  8. Natural and Plant-Based dairy products for milk and Oil. Beans and lentils. Plant-based oils.

  9. Take no or Lightly sweet foods (natural, unrefined sugars), honey, molasses.

  10. Take herbs and spices such as Ajwan seeds, Basil, Bay Leaf, cinnamon, coriander, ginger, Parsley and turmeric.

  11. Take a Very Limited quantity of dairy products for milk and ghee.

  12. Vegetables: Asparagus, Artichokes, Broccoli, Beets, Cabbage, Carrots, Celery, Cauliflower, Corn

  13. Daikon, Eggplant, Kale, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Mustard, Greens peas

  14. Onions, Potatoes, Radishes, Spinach, Sprouts, Squash, Tomatoes.
