In the material world, Motivation is good to ignite the fire of passion, but consistency is the key to get the momentum going. Same is right in the spiritual journey,  where one can start the walk on realization path, but without dedication and determination, one can’t cross the spiritual road full of sacrifices and challenges. Dedication means that one should not think and take anything unfavorable to the path of higher-self. By steadiness, one starts to enjoy the sacrifices and gets the power to reject anything not suitable for self-realization.
