Food – Healthy, Organic, and Satvik Food

Gem –Rudraksha

Aroma Oil –Clove, Rosemary, Cedar, Vetiver, Cinnamon. Always try a small drop of diluted oil on your skin to test for any allergic reaction. Also take allergy test before trying any oils.

Exercises –Connecting with ground energy

Ground energy –

Walk -Taking 20-30 minutes to walk daily. Try to step barefoot on the ground where direct contact with the concrete road, soil, sand, and sea sand, can be made.

Yoga – Listen to your body and do what you can do.

Energy Breathing -Take a deep breath by Inhaling through nose and mouth; at inhaling imaging you are taking in prana(cosmic/life force); at exhale imagine that life force creates a beam of red light which travels to your lower bottom of the spinal and unlocks it with the power of red light.

 

Massage: Close your eyes and Rub your both palms together in clockwise/anticlockwise circular fashion for 60-90 secs. At the end of rubbing imagine that rubbing force creates a beam of red light which travels to your root chakra and unlocks it with the power of red light. Repeat this seven times. Practice this 2-3 times a day.

Meditation –aromatic and energized visualization

Vocalizations -Sit up/down, inside/outside with straight and relaxed position. After relaxation, take a deep breath by Inhaling through the nose and mouth; exhale intone the vowel u sound in a long way. Repeat this inhale/exhale for 5/10/15 seconds cycle as per your body limit. Also, repeat the above steps with other words such as you, queue.

Affirmations –Say following affirmations below loudly to yourself by closing your eyes and without opening your mouth
