Meditation

Om Namah Shivay

Why meditate and Chant:

Meditating and chanting on Om Namah Shivaya (ONS) practice with good devotion and spiritual guidance in the right manner, works slowly during Meditation gives Light, Energy, Peace, Concentration, and Enlightenment.

The English letter Om phonic sound (A-U-M) has three parts;

A stands for Attention which means the realization that living entity is matter and Spirit. In spiritual science, one has two parts, and likewise, the scientist also supports that matter is the lowest form/frequency of energy and when the vibrations of a thing increase it changes to Spirit/Energy.

U stands for Universe which means the universe has limitless oceans of cosmic energy, and let you your dream flow free in the infinite energy ocean. This energy is invisible like heat in fire, but it does not mean that subtle energy does not exist.

M stands for Money in English or maya in Hindi language means the gross material world. One from birth till departure is lost in the Mayawadi world where one gets lost and forget to return home.

By performing the successful practice of Om Namah Shivaya(ONS), its vibrations will help

•lost Soul to come out from the comfort zone of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep;

• to realize the three levels of energies in the universe as gross, subtle, fundamental;

•to accomplish the three levels of conscious, unconscious, subconscious, as well as the three basic universal processes of living entity as coming (birth), being (growing), and going (departure or transformation).

There are many paths to achieve the Self-Realization path , and the goal of one’s sadhana or spiritual practices is achieved when one touch/feel/smell/hear/see the highest Pleasure that comes from the Realization in direct knowledge of the center of consciousness, the Self, the Atman or Purusha, which is the same with the Absolute Reality. By the continuous practice of this mantra under the guidance of a bonafide spiritual master/guru of the mantra, one can come to this Self-Realization which also comes through Realized Yoga, consciousness meditation.

Any activities performed with pure faith in the spiritual world by practice of Dhyana Yoga, energy Meditation, conscious and unconscious observation, mantra, as OM/ONS and prayer finally converge into a combined force directed towards the absolute truth and the final stage leading to the Moksha/Liberation.
